We fully understand that sometimes you can change your mind about your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply send an email to: email@example.com to cancel your order and we will make all reasonable efforts to cancel provided your order has not yet processed.
If your order has already been processed, this cancellation will be considered a return. Please refer to our Returns section below for more information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Service who will be happy to help you.
For online purchases, you can return the products by contacting our Sunday service. To do this, you can request a return, free of charge, via our Email Service which will organize a free collection via our partner courier service.
All products must be returned to us unused, in the same condition as received, with the original invoice within 14 days of the date of purchase of your order.
Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product (s) and approved the return by email, we will refund the price you paid for the product (including VAT) with the exception of any other applicable taxes or import and delivery duties and return costs.
For all purchases and returns outside the European Union, import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that you cannot return products on sale.

You are invited to return your product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, while stocks last.
