Delivery Schedule:
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. We offer FREE shipping on orders exceeding 300€/$300, and express delivery is available worldwide.

Shipping Times:

  • UPS EXPRESS: Available worldwide, with delivery typically within 2-4 business days.
    Please note, shipping times are estimates and begin from the moment your order is dispatched. We strive to minimize delays but cannot be held responsible for customs clearance or payment authorization issues.

Exchange and Returns:

We want you to love your Sunday Saint-Tropez pieces. If you need to return an item, here’s how we can help:

  • Conditions: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Request a Return: Simply use our return form or contact our Customer Service team at contact@sunday-saint-tropez.com, and we’ll arrange a complimentary collection via our partner courier service.
  • Important Notes:
    • Damaged or soiled items may not be accepted and could be returned to you.
    • Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the product price.
    • For purchases outside the European Union, import duties will be paid by Sunday Saint-Tropez
    • Final Sale Items: Products on sale cannot be returned.
    • Exchanges: We allow one-time exchanges during the 14-day window.
